Meet FoundersKnock
FoundersKnock started with a simple frustration: almost every piece of founder content online looks the same. A clean narrative arc, a triumphant ending, a lesson that fits neatly into a LinkedIn post. That's not what building a small business actually feels like - not in India, and probably not anywhere.
So we started knocking on doors instead - talking to real entrepreneurs and MSME founders about the parts nobody puts in the pitch deck: the eighteen months without a salary, the client who almost walked over a two-day delay, the hire that quietly cost a business its biggest account, the near-failures that never made it into a founder's highlight reel.
No filters. No fake motivation. No overnight success stories. Just what it actually took.

Shakti hosts every conversation on Founders' Knock, and runs RSK India Private Limited himself - which means the questions he asks come from someone who deals with the same payment delays, contracts, and scaling pressure as the founders he interviews, not from outside the room looking in.

If a story only has the highlight reel, we don't run it. Every episode has to include what actually went wrong.

Guests don't pay to be on the show, and sponsors don't get to shape the conversation.

We're not selling a course, a masterclass, or a “secret framework.” Just honest conversation.
No cherry-picked numbers.
